Cornerstone Partners Horticultural Services Company is a fast-growing organization that offers snow/ice management services to commercial and residential customers.
We are gearing up for a very busy winter season! We have a variety of positions to fill for our growing portfolio of commercial clients.
Positions include:
- Route manager
- Route supervisor
- Snowplow operators
- Snow shovelers
Our snow teams are responsible for the safe removal of snow and ice from residential and commercial job sites, walkways, and traffic areas. Candidates must be available 24 hours per day/seven days a week throughout the snow and ice season.

Route Manager:
Oversees all plowing operations for assigned routes, including the management of the crew leader and loader operators.
Route Supervisor:
Responsible for supervising plowing operations of an assigned route including the management of all assigned sub-contractors.
Snowplow Truck Operator:
This position requires experience in the operation of plow trucks, skid steers, loaders and/or RTV’s with mounted snow plows or pushers.
Snow Shoveler:
Clear snow and ice accumulations from customer sites from designated areas using shovels, snowblowers, salt spreaders and bagged salt.
