We'll make an in-person visit before sending you our proposal so that we can ensure we're understanding every inch of your space. For maintenance and snow services you will skip Step 3 and move right into the proposal. Once we're there, we'll take measurements, capture photos, and review your property.

After your property assessment, we will outline our recommendations, so you have a clear picture of what to expect. We'll meet with you in person or virtually and provide you a detailed, line-itemized proposal with pricing that you can choose from. For enhancement work, we will discuss the different phases of the project using our interactive budget planner. For design work, we will collaborate with you to finalize a conceptual rendering, identifying the functionality and design flow of bed lines, turf areas, and plant materials. Once we decide on the final design, we can get started!

Following the agreement we've laid out, we'll get working on your project, keeping you in the loop the whole time. You will be notified when we'll be on your property and when the project is completed through our client portal or email alerts. Meanwhile, you will have a dedicated point of contact, your Account Manager, who will be available to answer any questions or concerns.

We want to ensure that your space is thriving even after we've completed our build. So, your Account Manager will inspect your property at least monthly. You can watch these inspections through your client portal and will be notified of any upcoming work. We'll also send you quarterly client satisfaction surveys, giving you the opportunity to further communicate with us about your experience. We can also help with ongoing maintenance for all of your landscape enhancement projects.
