Job responsibilities for an Enhancement Manager include:
- Scheduling, managing, and overseeing quality control of enhancement landscape projects
- Recruiting, training, and assigning of labor force
- Survey and assessment of projects and job sites, pre and post-completion
- Ability to use and safely operate landscape-industry specific tools and equipment, such as skid steers, loaders, trucks and trailers
- Knowledge of and experience in standard landscape enhancement and installation of trees, shrubs, flower planting, turf replacement, mulch installation, and hardscape installation
- Lead snow and ice management tasks including crews, equipment, sub-contractor assignments
- Perform snow and ice management operations
Requirements:
- Completion of college, vocational, or technical training
- Certified Landscape Technician-Exterior (CLT-E)
- Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) certification
- Illinois Pesticide Applicator license
- Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience
- Plant knowledge and identification, specifically trees, shrubs, perennials & flowers
- Ability to read and interpret plans (blueprints) and specifications
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) English & Spanish
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Salary: $65,000-$75,000 based upon experience and qualifications
